NOTIFICATION
According to the Rule 5 of the Rules of Procedure of the Framework Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Caspian Sea, the interim Secretariat is pleased to notify the Focal Points and all Observers to the Conference of the Parties of the forthcoming third Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Framework Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Caspian Sea, which will take place from 24 to 26 November 2010, in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.
